Then of course there was Astroworld and the mall every weekend.

We were at Blue Planet off of Richmond, and as usual you were our designated driver.

I remember we met two of the hottest guys that night. (Eric and Kevin)  They invited us to a party the following night.  They lived in Pasadena, a 45 minute trip that turned out to be a 3 hour trip.  Niether one of us knew our way around Houston.  We started out at Hollister & 290 doing just fine, got on the 610 loop and it was all over.  We drove for hours and all we ended up doing was a loop around Houston.  Needless to say we made it to Pasadena about 3 hours later. 

It seems like just yesterday when we met on the school bus at Cook Jr. High and from then on we were the best of friends. 

We were your typical teenage girls. 

We lived to meet guys, talk on the phone, watch MTV, and hang out at the mall.

Fiesta Texas  (San Antonio)

Little did we know it was more of a water park than a theme park and we didn't bring our bathing suits.  Tony didn't want to spend money on 3 new bathing suits, but he really didn't have a choice.  Not only did we get a free trip to Fiesta Texas, but we also got awesome new bathing suits.

"Friends forever," you promised.

"Together till the end."

We did everything with each other.

You were my best friend.

When I was sad, you were by my side.

When I was scared, you felt my fear.

You were my best support-

If I needed you, you were there.

You were the greatest friend,

You always knew what to say:

You made everything seem better.

As long as we had each other,

Everything would be okay.

But somehow along the line,

We slowly came apart.

I was here, you were there,

Things were changing,

Our cheerful music reversed its tune.

It was like having salt without pepper,

A sun without its moon.

Suddenly we were miles apart,

Two different people, with nothing the same. 

It was as if we hadn't been friends;

Although we knew deep in our hearts

Neither one of us was to blame.

You had made many knew friends

And luckily, so had I

But that didn't change the hurt-

The loss of our friendship made me cry.

As we grow older, things must change

But they don't always have to end.

Even though it is different, now,

Having a blast in Orlando, FL.

Out of all the summer trips we went on, the trip to Daytona and Orlando were by far the best.  We met so many guys on this trip and had so much fun.
